As we scale Plank toward our ambitious mission, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff who can be a true force multiplier for the founders. Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll drive operational excellence, accelerate strategic initiatives, and help build a generational company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic projects as enforcer and project manager across high-priority initiatives.
• Help founders identify and onboard exceptional talent and vendors to accelerate execution.
• Assist founders in managing relationships with Plank’s ecosystem partners, e.g. incubators, universities, startups etc.
• Help operationalize existing playbooks and track KPIs to enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
• Obsessively look for bottlenecks, and work with the founders to introduce lightweight processes that improve clarity, accountability, and scale.
