Eligibility criteria
- Undergraduate or technical course students or recent graduates (up to 1 to 3 years) in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems or Computer Science
- Advanced English and strong communication skills are required
- Tech/Customer support previous experience is a plus
- Passion for QA, AI, and continuous learning
- Ability to commit 30 or 40 hours/week
- You are willing to commit full-time to the 1-year QA Fellowship program and plan to continue as a full-time QA engineer at Plank after the 1-year
- You can work in-person (hybrid 3 days in the office) from the Belo Horizonte office (Nova Suiça neighborhood)
Admission process
Candidates are chosen through a highly competitive selection process:
- Oct 6 - 24: Start application
- Oct 24: Review applications and send take-home test to selected candidates
- Oct 24 - 28: Take home QA test phase
- Oct 29 - 31: Review submissions
- Oct 31: Announcement of the selected candidates to schedule LL/TL interviews
- Nov 3 - 7: LL/TL interviews phase
- Nov 7: Announcement of the selected candidates for CTO interview
- Nov 7-21: CTO interview phase
- Nov 24-28: Final candidate evaluation
- Dec 1: Announcement of the final selected candidates
- Jan 2: QA Fellowship start
