Eligibility criteria

Undergraduate or technical course students or recent graduates (up to 1 to 3 years) in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems or Computer Science
Advanced English and strong communication skills are required
Tech/Customer support previous experience is a plus
Passion for QA, AI, and continuous learning
Ability to commit 30 or 40 hours/week
You are willing to commit full-time to the 1-year QA Fellowship program and plan to continue as a full-time QA engineer at Plank after the 1-year
You can work in-person (hybrid 3 days in the office) from the Belo Horizonte lab (Nova Suiça neighborhood)

US Dollar contract for 30 or 40 hours p/ week of commitment‍
10 days of national brazillian holidays as paid time off p/ year
15 days as paid time off p/ year
After the 12-month program, Plank will invite the top performers and offer them a full-time contract with an upgrade in level and benefits

Candidates are chosen through a highly competitive selection process:

Oct 6 - 17: Start application
Oct 17: Plank team will review applications
Oct 17-22: Selected candidates will be notified to get video Self-presentation phase
Oct 24: Selected candidates will be notified to get the take home QA test
Oct 31: Selected candidates will be notified to schedule the in-presence interview
Nov 3-6: Interview phase
Nov 7: Announcement of the final selected candidates
Nov 7-30: Approved candidates contract setup
Dec 1: QA Fellowship start in Plank BH Office
